Shehana Buksh

Shehana Buksh

Shehana received her associate degree with a focus in business from Shoreline Community College in 2012. She has been with Northwest Elder Law Group since 2016 where she primarily assists the attorneys with probate and estate administration, guardianship/conservatorship, estate planning, and vulnerable adult protection. She finds great satisfaction and joy when she helps others and loves having the opportunity to work as part of a team. When Shehana is not in the office, she enjoys adventuring outdoors, practicing yoga, and cooking.

Raina Orion Romanyuk

Raina has been at Northwest Elder Law Group since 2019 after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. Raina worked in the customer service industry while attending university and also interned at the Seattle Municipal Court. Raina handles all administrative duties in the office. She will typically be your first point of contact at the firm since she handles most initial client inquiry calls and emails. Raina also assists with some paralegal work on estate planning, probates, and guardianships. When she is not working, Raina enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Sophie Grosskopf

Sophie received her bachelor’s degree in Politics from Oberlin College in 2021. While in school, she interned at King County Council and tutored kindergarteners in phonological awareness. Sophie joined Northwest Elder Law Group in late 2021 after working as an event manager in the escape room industry. Sophie started at the front desk and now assists Julia Lindeman with estate planning, guardianship, vulnerable adult protection, and probate matters. Outside of work, Sophie plays violin in Seattle Collaborative Orchestra.

Tess Warren

Tess Warren

Tess received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 2019. While in school, Tess held several jobs in the disability advocacy field and as a Direct Support Professional, where working with people on the Autism spectrum became her passion. Tess pivoted to working for a technology management consultant in West Seattle before joining the team at Northwest Elder Law Group. As a legal assistant, she assists the attorneys and paralegals in the office as needed and manages the front desk. When Tess isn’t in the office, she focuses on art, dusting off her creative writing degree, and exploring the city with her dog, Mea’alofa.
