Shehana Maxwell
Shehana received her associate degree with a focus in business from Shoreline Community College in 2012. She has been with Northwest Elder Law Group since 2016 where she assists the attorneys primarily with probate and estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship, estate planning, and vulnerable adult protection. She finds great satisfaction and joy when she helps others and loves having the opportunity to work as part of a team. When Shehana is not in the office, she enjoys adventuring outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her husband.
Bailie Elwell
Bailie received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Western Washington University in 2024. Prior to joining Northwest Elder Law Group, Bailie worked as a paraeducator in Life Skills and English Language Learning classrooms. As a Legal Assistant, Bailie operates the front desk, assists with client communications, and generally supports paralegals and attorneys as needed. When not at work, Bailie enjoys browsing local antique shops and exploring the city with her friends and family.
